Organic Vegetable Base
Better Than Bouillon Organic concentrated bases are made with 95% certified organic ingredients, and are made primarly from meat (or vegetables). Actually, it's the regular vegetable base I've used heretofore, and it is outstanding for adding seasoning and flavor to vegetarian dishes that are otherwise far too bland for my taste. I don't like cooking, and this base is such an easy way to pep up dishes! I like to add about 1 tsp. of this base per cup of liquid in the recipe. I'm getting the Organic Vegetable Base, as you see, and shall also try the Mushroom Base if it's meat-free.
