I have had the privilege of eating my Italian grandmother's bean soup along with my mothers, and also at many superb italian restaurants in the New York City area. I cannot believe how real and natural this soup is. <br />If you like pasta fagiole, this is the closest to making your own. <br />

Alessi Tuscan White Bean is my favorite store-bought soup. It cooks up quickly, producing a thick, creamy broth filled with beans, small bits of pasta, pieces of carrot, and a tasty blend of seasonings. Its fresh, slightly peppery flavor never fails to satisfy. Highly recommended in place of canned soups.
