These chocolate thins can be used in many ways. The cookies are great just as they are, but also good crushed into a good vanilla ice cream, or used instead of graham crackers in a pie crust. Amazon seems to have a packaging problem as some of them arrive crushed - that is the drawback.

This is a tasty product, but the label can be misleading. It is a thin chocolate COOKIE and not a thin chocolate mint CANDY.
Each box has the cookies wrapped in a sleeve, which once opened will require the cookies to be stored in another container to maintain freshness.
Since they are thin, these cookies can't take rough handling. They break easily.
