Through the years I have purchased a lot of roasted, salted almonds and particularly at Christmas baking time. I even resorted to making my own from raw, whole almonds to achieve the taste I wanted. I took a chance this year on these almonds and they are just wonderful. The taste is perfect, salting the correct amount for my taste. They are fresh and great to just snack upon but still perfect for my homemade Christmas toffee. Cannot give them a higher recommendation!
