This soup is delicious and you can see and taste the clams. <br /> <br />It is not the same as when my ex wife and I would stay at the Riverside Motel in Ogunquit at Perkins Cove three or four times a year. We fell in love with the area and the food. The day we left we'd buy bowls of it for our friends.Those were the days. <br /> <br />This soup is delicious and has that aroma that drives me crazy, I salivate just thinking about it.I like Snow's too. <br /> <br />I do save some for my kitties. <br /> <br />Highly recommended.

My husband and I love New England style clam chowder, as do most of our relatives. We have bought every brand of canned chowder that we have found for years and years. Oh, yes, your own homemade or that made by a first class chef is better than this. But, for canned, it is excellent: full of tender clams, creamy broth, just enough potatoes, and seasoned well (we add a bit of freshly ground black pepper). I rarely take the time to write a review, but this is a product I, and everyone I know, just love. So I take the time.
