Dill & Mustard Sauce
<p>The Tracklement Company derives its name from the word Tracklement which is believed to have originated in Lincolnshire and used to describe accompaniments to the main part of a meal. Their products have won many awards over the years and today their range includes mustards, relishes, chutneys, sauces, jellies, ketchups, pickles and vinaigrettes.</p><p>All of the Tracklement mustards have a common factorthey are hand made in small batches without artificial colorings or preservatives.</p><p>The classic Scandinavian mixture of mustard, oil, sugar, dill and honey is primarily a tracklement for pickled or smoked fish. We also find it very good with smoked white meats and as a flavoring for mayonnaise. Mixed with sour cream or creme fraiche it also makes an interesting dip, and an excellent sauce for poached salmon.</p>
