This is an Indonesian-inspired chile sauce that can be used to "heat up" any food, such as stir-fry, pizza, pasta, or anything you prefer. We recommend it in this recipe for Vietnamese style beef soup. Some hot dog vendors have it as a condiment as well. This chili paste is the ultimate. The best hot sauce I have ever tried.
And I have been searching for 55 years. They don't add any unecessary fillers or spices, just ground chili peppers. It is not for the weak of heart.
