The sauce and noodles are excellent. Also the noodles are about 7 inches long, making it easy to put into boiling pots. <br /> <br />But, I wonder if the price is worth it,as each box consists of only small amounts of noodles and sauce. <br /> <br />If you want convenient, tasty Chinese organic noodles, I guess this is it though.

I am still blown away as to why I ordered this item. Knowing what I do now, I would not touch this item with a 100 foot pole. The noodles never cook right for one, and the sauce mix is not tasty in the least. I have only had it plain however; so that's why I'm giving two stars here. But, I fear that chicken and vegetables added would only find me cursing at the end result. There are better brands out there that are not as salty and displeasing as this one. Having lived in Singapore and traveled throughout south east Asia I definitely know what good pad Thai is. This is not one of them.
