Niman Ranch hot dogs also known as 'fearless franks' are made with premium-quality Niman Ranch beef. Not only do the franks taste great, they contain 30% less fat and sodium and 20% fewer calories than a standard frankfurter as defined by the USDA. Franks are already cooked and smoked with real hickory. Excellent grilled or steamed. 1lb package - shelf life 4 weeks of reciept.

i found these at my local store (but haven't been able to find them since), and bought them after reading the package. I grilled them for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. yes, they're kind of pricey, but they are rich and delicious, kind of like a ball park dog. they're big (only 4 to a package) but one will really fill you up.
