Bulk Ground Ostrich Meat *USDA

1 lb. packages of pure ostrich meat. Perfect for chili or spaghetti or whatever. Just remember to cook it last and fold it in. Ostrich becomes very tough if cooked slowly or long. It cooks on a high heat for short times. (This is not a poultry!) Yum! REMEMBER all our meat is american raised with no drugs, hormones, anti-biotics or additives. All are inspected and stamped by USDA. Some ostrich purveyors are buying cheap meat from outside the country. You don't know what they have fed their birds to reach that price level. They also have not been inspected and cleared by USDA. Don't take a chance on foreign meatbuy American.
