Birdog Hotdogs *USDA
FINALLY, hotdogs that are good for you AND taste good! We use mostly ostrich for our BIRDOGS with just a touch of pork and beef for taste. Our BIRDOGS reduce the fat grams from 19 grams to 5 and we use no "weird meat" , sugars or fillers. Now kid's #1 favorite food can be a favorite with diet-conscious moms as well. REMEMBER all our meat is american raised with no drugs, hormones, anti-biotics or additives. All are inspected and stamped by USDA. Some ostrich purveyors are buying cheap meat from outside the country. You don't know what they have fed their birds to reach that price level. They also have not been inspected and cleared by USDA. Don't take a chance on foreign meatbuy American.

This was not quite the book I expected it to be. Although the nutrition information was interesting enough, I thought there might be some overarching theme. Shape of the hot dog aside, I think I missed it.
