Whole Lobe of French Duck Foie Gras Graded Extra - Flash Frozen, by Rougie Fresh-frozen immediately after it's production, this select Grade A French duck foie gras has been produced only from Moulard ducks. The shape and texture are as close to what it was before freezing as possible, and hand-selected for the lowest possible rendered fat and firm texture. Used in restaurants world-wide. This product is raw. Defrost 1 1/2 hours under lukewarm water or overnight in the refrigerator. Use as fresh. Once defrosted, keep in the fridge and do not freeze again.
