1 bag of Slices of Fresh Duck Foie Gras - Flash Frozen - approximately 2.3 lbs
1 bar salted echire butter
CrÃ¨me Fraiche - 8 oz
Raspberry Vinegar - 16.9 oz

You will also need to purchase from your local store:
14 oz veal stock
5.6 oz frozen black currants
5.25 oz frozen raspberries
3.5 oz black currant liqueur
1.4 oz caster sugar
salt and pepper to taste
fresh strawberries and grapes as a garnish (optional)
