Recipe Ingredient Kit serves 4 and includes:
1 Whole Lobe of Rougie Fresh French Duck Foie Gras - approx. 1 lb
1 whole fresh duck breast magret (2 breasts) - approx. 1.2 lbs
1 bar salted echire butter
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - over 10 years old - 8.5 fl oz
Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 8.4 oz

You will also need to purchase from your local grocery store:
1 bunch Cebette (Spring) onions
2 long turnips
2 approximately 3 inch diameter circles of puff pastry
8.5 oz poultry stock
4 branches of fresh rosemary
3.5 oz baby spinach
salt and pepper to taste
