Heed the advice on the package on cook very briefly (20 seconds per side MAX).

Recognize that duck has a lot of fat, so expect to have a fair amount left in the pan. Of course, you can always use the rendered fat to cook other things. Hash browns cooked in duck fat are wonderful.

The reason for giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is that a few packages I've looked at have an awful lot of fat. Be selective and you'll really enjoy this.
