Chorizo Chistorra

This long and thin chorizo is a Basque one made of lean pork, slightly smoked and lots of sweet pimentÃ³n. This sausage is usually eaten for breakfast, but it is also very good barbecued. We like to cook them up with eggs in the morning, or add them to soups, paellas etc. Made in the US from a Basque recipe. About 1/2 inch thick
