Our golden pilaf combines hearty brown and white rice with Belgian durum wheat semolina pasta, peas, carrots, and toasted garlic with herbs and spices. Its vegetarian chicken flavor is so authentic, you'd think it was the real thing (your arteries will know the difference, though). It's filling and delicious.

The emphasis here is on Nutrition and Health and having natural flavors, instead of on being cheap, highly flavored and salty. These rice, noodle and vegetable foods come without the typical high sodium content and high fat content found in the overrated products seen on the shelves in stores. This product does not have the high sodium and excessive and unhealthy fat to give it the kind of intense flavor that is found in the majority of different brands of instant meals in a cup which are made without the high degree of emphasis on Health and Nutrition as Dr. McDougall's Right Foods obviously have, and for which I am grateful.
