We use this product all the time. It's one of the best coating mixes ever made. The meat stays moist while the coating gets nice and crispy. It's also great as topping on casseroles instead of bread crumbs. This is the best price I've ever seen. It rarely if ever goes on sale in the supermarket, so if you use this product with any regularity, this is the place to buy it!!
