We bought this jerky after reading that Chile Pepper Magazine picked it as one their Top 10 Spicy Beef Jerkys. We've had many brands of hot beef jerky but this one is by far the best we've ever had. It's definitely hot but the heat doesn't overpower it. It's extremely tender and moist, and it has a great beefy taste. We've now had all 4 flavors of Buffalo Bills Country Cut Beef Jerky - each one has been a hit.
