These are delicious. The fillets are in large pieces and not packed in oil. Instead they are surrounded by a juice from the canning process. Mackerel is very good for you, low in mercury, and sustainably harvested. They also have omega-three fatty acids. An excellent fish choice all around. <br /> <br />We serve them on lightly buttered toast with thinly sliced shallots and some lemon. <br /> <br />This is a high quality product that makes an economical dinner. Try it!
