I was disappointed by two aspects of the product:

1. The flavor was not nearly as strong as I would expect from an aged, enriched salt. As a result, the whole $25 bag is only good for 16 servings if you follow the label directly.

2. The second ingredient listed is potato starch, which I am guessing is used as a filler or bulk agent of some sort.

My suggestion would be to use a high quality brewed soy sauce (shoyu).
