These bars tasteok. Like most other low carb protein bars, they have a slightly off aftertaste. Don't get fooled by the Cookies and Cream flavor. I would rather point others to the EAS Chocolate Brownie bar. Otherwise, the price for these bars is pretty good.

This is a great bar, and generally very good. But, often the bars will melt during shipping and it makes eating the bar very messy and not worth it. This has happened many times for me, but I live in Texas, where it is pretty hot. Maybe it is best to order during the winter.
