Got this product because cayenne is supposed to be an anti-inflammatory. You can't tell it by me.

Cayenne is the wonderformula for asthmatics. Most of us are too quick to pull the [ventolin/albuterol] trigger without investigating the cause, or seeking alternative solutions.
I have tried many alternatives that work, including, but not limited to: Air Power, Nettle, and some Antihistamines. However, after taking one Cayenne capsule at the onset of chest tightening (e.g. mucus formation), my airway immediately opened. Needless to say, I will be ordering an additional set of Nature's Wonderland Cayenne Pepper Herbal Supplement from my favorite store, Amazon.com.
