I'm enjoying a glass of tea sweetened with this as I type. This is a good honey, not overly sweet, a little spicy and savory, with a slight bite. It reminds me a bit of goldenrod honey, but with less of a bite. This tastes like it would be perfect for cooking meat or vegetable dishes. It is also great in more savory herbal teas.
