Each one of these three green teas from Shizuoka, Japan, is best in its class. The Premium Sencha has the intense flavor and deep green color I like so much. The Genmai Cha Matcha is very much like the Sencha, but with roasted brown rice for its wonderful aroma. The Houji Cha, I understand, is steamed and then roasted to add a toasty flavor. I gave my sister a box of this tea and she thought was great. I mean really great especially one particular flavor. Unfortunately I do not know which flavor she liked the best? LOL I also had a negative review on one of these flavors from a coffee drinker but I question his ability to appreciate fine tea. Therefore if you're looking for another Lipton stay away but if you're looking for a cut above in something with refined flavor it's worth a try. Just remember which flavor you like the best.
