I was not so impressed with this mix. First of all, I paid $24.00 for three boxes. I used crisco instead of butter to try and keep the cake dairy free, as well. The cake did not have a strong citrus taste and was pretty grainy; if you are familiar with gluten-free products, you won't be surprised. My advice: don't waste the money. You will probably be more pleased with Pamela's white cake mix and add lemon flavoring!

I made this product for a family event and EVERYONE loved it! We only have 1 family member on a gluten-free diet, so I expected to have a lot left over--I was so wrong! The pound cake was gone. No one could tell it was gluten free and I received a lot of compliments on it. It was moist with a nice hint of citrus. Will become a staple at our gatherings.
