Fisher Blueberry Fair Scone Mix, 18-Ounces (Pack of 6)

All this mix requires is water, and the mix is easy to make and bakes in only 10-12 minutes. That's the good part. However, the scones seem to be lacking in sweetness and density. Perhaps the mix could be improved in your home kitchen with the addition of other ingredients, but then what would be the point? The blueberries seem very dry and do not absorb water at all to give a fresher taste or appearance. If you have a craving for scones and cannot get them locally this would be a good item to stock your pantry with, but I will not be purchasing this again. I also did not care for the waffle recipe. The waffles came out too "airy" and light.

They come out greasy and they are full of transfat. Just another cheap mix that doesn't taste good and manages to be especially bad for you. Don't bother.
