What a great, homey cake! Turns out more like a coffee cake or a snack cake. It is not the kind of highly refined cake that you would present at birthdays, but it is a wonderful, simple desert that mixes easily and bakes quickly. While this is an organic whole-grain product, the end result is a delicious treat that doesn't taste good-for-you -- just good.
The only thing wrong with buying a pack of 8 is that it is too easy to mix and bake! Will have to re-order soon.
