I have become a Decaf Green Tea addict. Green tea is so good for you and since I cannot stand caffinated drinks this decaf green tea is perfect. I have to go easy on coffee as it contains too much caffine even in the decaf kind. This green tea has really helped with my blood pressure and I found out the caffine can cause it to rise. As long as I stay off too much salt in the diet and decaf, low fat I have been able to stay off medication for high blood pressure. I can keep that steady with the decaf green tea, this was a bargain for a case lot. Having the shipping free and delivery in two days it is a saving all around.
