Anxi Hairy Crab Wulong Oolong

This is a fruity sweet green Oolong (wulong) that is tightly rolled. This is a dense tea that creates darker yellow liquor (liquid), which is strong and orchid like. This tea tastes best using about one full tablespoon to 6-8 oz of water at just below boiling. Don't infuse more than 2-3 minutes or the brew will bitter, as this is still a green Oolong. This variety also works nicely in a plain cup with the leaves at the bottom, but reduce the leaves to less than a teaspoon or your cup will be too strong.
