The Green Pu-erh Been Cha Stack comes wrapped in its original palm leaves, which enhance the aging process of this Pu-erh. Picked in 2005, only the most succulent green leaves were selected for this work of art and fine taste! Each cake is made from raw leaves and will age spectacularly over time into a top grade cake. As the leaves age, they will turn red in color. The flavor will also become more mellow and astringency will decrease, but in the meantime you can counterbalance the green taste by making sure you do not over-steep.
