1998 Mini Beeng Cha Tea Leaves - Vintage Pu-erh Teas

This Beeng Cha not only tastes great, but has a wonderful presentation as well! Because the Art of Tea is about Good Taste! The miniature Beeng Cha is produced by the Yunnan Tea Import & Export company and was a special production for the Jin Yu Xuan Tea House in Yunnan. The tea cakes arrive wrapped in bamboo to enhance the aging process, and arranged in cute stacks of 10, then wrapped again in attractive rice paper. The flavor is full yet mellow. The brew is deep and dark in color. Each cake is about 100 grams. Stick it in your pocket and you are ready for a tea brew anytime! Each cake yields 20-25 servings, and the leaves can be infused up to 5 times. Use 3-4 grams of tea leaves per serving. Steep for 1.5 minutes the first time and for 30 seconds each time after. Do not over brew, or else you will discover the distinct Chinese Medicine overtones of this tea.
