In the southern end of the department of Tolima, located above the town of Chaparral, coffee is grown amongst one of the most beautiful natural attractions in the country, the Caves of Tuluni. This coffee is traditionally fermented and sundried. The shipping months are October/November for main crop and March/April for fly crop/mid crop. This pure Arabica variety grows at 5,300 ft. The sorting method is done by hand and electronically. There are 5000 bags available per season. The cup quality has a medium body, medium to high acidity with a nice creamy sweetness. Colombia Supremo is one of the most celebrated coffees in the world. No store bought Colombian coffee can match the fresh roast to order of our COLOMBIA SUPREMO CHAPARREL.
