Compared to Arabica / Robusta blends. 100% Arabica has much less caffeine and less of the chlorogenic acid which can upset your stomach. 100% Arabica coffees are less suitable for cappuccinos and lattes than Arabica / Robusta blends as the delicacy can be lost under the milk.
