I love to drink this tea during the cold weather. Sometimes I would have it in the morning and before bedtime. There's something in this tea that does wonder for my skin. I noticed a big improvement in my skin when I drink this tea. I love the taste and smell of the spices too. I could never find another apple cinnamon spice tea like this one. Adding some honey will enchance the flavor if it's too blant for you.
