I love these muffins! They are so quick and easy to make and they taste great! I also like the fact that each pouch makes 5 muffins. Just the right size for my husband and I for a day or two. I prefer these over the bigger box with the can of wild blueberries because I don't have to mess with opening the can and draining the blueberries. Also that package makes about twice as many muffins which for just the two of us is usually just too many. The price on Amazon is super, too and I know I always have them on hand and ready.

I bought these to make for my husband. He actually doesn't care for them much. The first time I made them, I was disappointed in the rise, and now add 1/2t of baking powder when I make them. I also add 1/2 C oatmeal, and cinnamon, and he likes them better, but is still not crazy about them. I did try the pancake recipe (on the package), which in my opinion comes out too thin, and again not much rise, but he likes them better. So I will likely use the rest of the packages to make pancakes, but will not buy again.
