I made these pancakes according to the directions, and they turned out very nice. I used albertson's brand nonfat cottage cheese. Im not sure what kind of cottage cheese the other people used that gave this a bad review, but I thought these protein pancakes were very delicious. <br /> <br />They took a bit longer to cook than regular pancakes, but when they were done, i took a bite and i just loved the texture. They were very soft and had a slight creamy taste because of the cottage cheese. I'll definitely buy these again.

Wow, these are really good with a little butter and powdered sugar. They have a firmer texture than the original and a very satisfying flavor and texture. It is great to have a pancake that provides 22 grams of PROTIEN per serving too!
