The taste of this product is great and the creamy consistency was surprisingly spreadable. That has always been a problem with honeys that crystallize. The whole family loves it. I wish it came in a larger size. Having said that, I would love to get a hold of a raw honey with the bits of honeycomb in it. That would be pure honey heaven.
