I have low blood sugar & have to eat every 2 hours. So I needed a quick breakfast item to eat before going to work - I tried Quaker Honey Nut Instant Oatmeal over 3 years ago & I am still eating it every morning. I do NOT add anything to it, NO sugar, no milk. I use a little more water in a bowl, heat it in the microwave - add the cereal, stir it & pour it in another bowl to cool it quicker. I eat it as I get my lunch packed, etc. & off to work I go. This cereal has enough substance to hold me until I get to work (1 hour drive) & get settled in at work. Our local grocery stores stopped carrying this flavor over a year ago so now I get it through Amazon.com
