VIPERS BUGLOSS - Also commonly known as "Borage", this wild flower covers the hills of the Central South Island of New Zealand in a sea of brilliant blue color during summer months. The seed, resembling a viper's head, was once mistakenly used as a treatment for snakebite, giving the plant its unusual name. Vipers Bugloss honey has a delicate flavour with a "chewy" texture. FLORAL CLOVER CREAMED - Clover honey (a rare honey flavor, due to the difficulty in keeping the honeybees monofloral) is light in color with a smooth, creamy texture and delicate flavor that is typical of the premium honey produced in New Zealand's South Island.
