I agree w/ other reviewers: VERY poorly shipped! When my box arrived, it was soaked through and through the bottle didnt just leak, it was COMPLETELY emptied! I rinsed the other bottle and surprisingly, unlike other syrups, it rinsed off easily and cleanly. Amazon quickly rectified the situation thoughbut what a waste! <br /> <br />Other then that, I'm a HARDCORE suger addict to the point people always ask me "do you want tea w/ that sugar?" This is the FIRST product Ive tried that taste just like sugar w/ no bad after taste! I originally bought this for my father who is diabetic, so I will update later after more usage to see if his sugar levels remain the same as with Splenda (which he complains about the aftertaste.) I also love the fact that it disolves quickly! <br /> <br />Only gripe is that because it isnt "thick" like say honey, this stuff goes quick! I already see another order in the near future! I just hope the packaging is better!

Lower on the Glycemic Index than white sugar, Agave Nectar is great in baked goods. Just cut the other liquids by 1/3 and lower cooking temperature by 25 degrees, and Agave works great in most recipes. We have eliminated refined sugar and this is a wonderful substitute.
