Have to admit I doctored the sauce a bit by adding Cruzan Coconut Rum (1/3 rum to 2/3's sauce) and used it on shrimp. Excellent! With the added rum I'd rate it a 5. I actually bought the sauce at Williams Sonoma which they have since discontinued. I was thrilled when I read the label and saw the Restaurant Lulu info. I'll certainly buy more now.
