I wound up ordering these from Amazon because my local store carried them for a while and then just stopped for some reason. This is a delicious breakfast cereal, and best of all, it has a ton of whole grain! There are about 33 grams (nearly a day's worth) per serving. Also has some healthy fats, good vitamins and minerals, etc, etc. Basically, it's a great tasting cereal that is much healthier than most of the stuff people eat for breakfast. Especially if you're looking for a breakfast that tastes good AND won't kill you!! Make sure you're using skim milk! ;) Highly recommended.
