We top is all off with just a few granules of rare Fleur de Sel salt from Brittany for a little indulgence with the perfect balance of flavor. Our Caramels are made 100% natural and Organic ingredients no preservatives, flavors or glucose syrup here. We try to procure our ingredients as locally as possible. I first tasted these when I got some free samples in a DAS order for salt (also very good). The caramels are amazing. I bought this box as a gift for a friend. She shared a few and then quickly tucked away the rest for herself. She loved them! They are rich and fresh and have a wonderful hint of orange and a little crunch and spice of salt. Just one thing to note -- the 4 oz. box is very small -- there are a good number of small pieces inside, but the box is just a few inches tall by a 2 or 3 inches wide. I would order them again.
