This is an interesting one. The smell and taste are different. The smell reminded me of, well, "weeds and old corn". Not the best aroma. The taste, however, is quite nice. It reminds me of sweet corn and wheat, with a hint of butterscotch. It initially tastes more like sweet corn, and the aftertaste looses its sweetness and has a wheat-like flavor. The aftertaste is very pronounced, but does not last long. This would probably be great in baking, and I look forward to trying it on hot cornbread.
