These are the best lemon bars you can get. They are better than homemade. I adjust the water portion by using half lemon juice and people cannot believe they come out of a box.

Boyfriend had been hinting about these bars and telling me how wonderful they were but couldn't find them anywhere. So for a "just because" item I thought I'd surprise him. He had been trying to find them around here but no one carried them. Only makers like krusteez or some other brand that just didn't taste right. So his face lit up when he opened the box. Thoroughly satisfied. He made some that night and they were great!
