I really like this agave nectar - It's incredibly sweet (seems sweeter than the "raw" version) and works perfectly in my iced green tea! Just say no to sugar!

I first became acquainted with this yummy yet healthy nectar from the Arizona cactus at my favorite breakfast place, Coyote Pause (cool name, no? Yes!). The waitress brought a small serving of it with my french toast and asked me to try it. She said she often uses it in place of honey. It is really delicious and as the name suggests, light. It's a slightly thinner texture than honey but oh so sweet. I would encourage you to try it, too! I think you will like it.
